Filipino boxing champ Manny Pacquiao and his wife Jinkee visited Israel recently and were so awed by the historical sites they visitede that they could not help but praise God and reflect on His Word.

Manny shared several photos of their visit on his Instagram account (@mannypacquiao) accompanied with several Bible verses about fatherhood, obedience, God's glory, and God's love.

In one photo, Manny has his arm around Jinkee with a view of the Old City of Jerusalem behind them. He captions it: "Live your life in a way that your children and grandchildren will follow your example and that their lives will bring honor and glory to God. May God Bless you all."

He then shared the Bible verse Proverbs 23:26: "My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways."

In another photo, Manny is seen with a selfie "sitting in the place where Jesus taught the people every day." According to the boxer, the site reminds him that "we must be faithful and obedient to Him."

He also shared John 8:47 which says, "Whoever belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God."

Manny reflects on God's love in another post, where he shared another photo taken with his wife. "Because God is love, He gives us the opportunity to share His love to others. May God bless everyone and have a blessed day," he writes.

Jinkee, on the other hand, was very impressed at the sight of the Garden Tomb. She gushes on her account (@jinkeepacquiao): "The Garden Tomb is an alternative site to the famous Holy Sepulchre for you to consider the Crucifixion and Resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Garden is a beautiful place in which you will discover several things that were all here on the night Jesus died and which match the accounts in the four Gospels. So here we ask you to open the Bible and see what it says about these vital Christian truths."
