The Mobile World Congress 2016 will be held next month, where tech manufacturers will once again showcase their scheduled product releases for this year. One of the most awaited flagship iterations being speculated to appear next month is the LG G5.

Since most observers predict that LG's upcoming premium flagship will be showcased at the MWC, speculations and supposed leaks have already floated online. This year's MWC will be held on Feb. 22 to 25.

The latest rumors suggest that some of the rumored features of the LG G5 appear to be spot-on.

According to GSM Arena, a showcase for new G5 cases from a case manufacturer may have inadvertently confirmed some of the supposed features and specs of the upcoming flagship iteration. Based on the images, the LG G5 will apparently carry a dual-cam setup for its main camera assembly on the back. In addition, a fingerprint scanner is also confirmed for LG's upcoming premium smartphone.

Android Authority reported that should these cases fit the upcoming iteration, the button placement for its body design would be confirmed. Some of the buttons from previous iterations were changed, and the LG G5 will sport traditional side buttons for the volume rocker and power.

While LG has yet to confirm the details of the LG G5, there have been reports of case manufacturers showcasing their upcoming lineups even before the devices are launched. Some case companies receive blueprint and body designs of products in advance of their roll-out in order for the case companies to come up with cases that are tailored for the devices.
