Jamie Foxx celebrates 50th birthday with rumored girlfriend Katie Holmes

Actor and singer-songwriter Jamie Foxx celebrated his 50th birthday together with his friends and rumored girlfriend, actress Katie Holmes — who allegedly accompanied the actor and walked in with him to the party at Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday.

"They walked in together." A source told People Magazine. "They mostly mingled with other guests, and spent very little alone time. It was obvious that Jamie had a great birthday. Katie looked like she had fun as well. She looked gorgeous."

During the birthday party, an eyewitness told Entertainment Online that Foxx looked directly into Holmes eyes as performed for his guests and sang along to a song with "I love you" in the lyrics. The actress reportedly sat with "Django Unchained" co-star Leonardo DiCaprio and other friends on a private table.

Snoop Dogg and Ice Cube also performed with Foxx on stage. Other stars who were in attendance during the birthday bash include Tobey McGuire and Smokey Robinson.

Before the party, Foxx enjoyed an intimate dinner with his closest friends and daughters at the Highlight Room in Los Angeles where he reportedly met with Katie to head to the party together.

Speculations of the relationship between the Foxx and Holmes started in 2013 after the actress divorced with ex-husband Tom Cruise. However, because of Holmes alleged agreement with Cruise, she is prohibited from publicly dating another man for five years in exchange for a $6.2 million payment for the actress and $5.8 million in child support.

The rumored couple was spotted boarding a private jet in Paris back in May. Although the speculations of the two dating have been around for years, Foxx hinted that he has no plans of settling down yet. In an interview with Howard Stern earlier this year, the actor seemed as though he is very happy with the situation he is currently in.

"Nah. Why blow it?" Foxx said. "I got two great kids and stuff like that."
