The CW's "iZombie" recently aired its 12th episode, but fans were already given a treat through details of the next episode titled "The Whopper."

According to the synopsis for next week's episode, Liv (Rose McIver) and her partner Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) will look into the murder of Corey "Big Fish" Carp. They then learned that the victim got his nickname because he was a notorious pathological liar.

As any "iZombie" fan would know, Liv needs to eat the brains of the victims to pick up some hints or "visions" that will help solve the murder. As expected, Liv will also become a pathological liar herself.

Elsewhere in the episode, Ravi (Rahul Kohli) discovers something "unsettling," while Blaine (David Anders) will be "reunited with someone from his past." It was also shown in the episode trailer (shown below) that Major (Robert Buckley) is in a dangerous situation when he finds himself stuffed in a body bag.

He then sees Blaine, who opened the bag and said, "We meet again old friend."

While Major gets into trouble again, his friend Ravi stays on the safe side and one would wonder if viewers will get to see a different side of the pathologist. TVGuide spoke to actor Kohli to discuss his role and his relationship with Peyton (Aly Michalka).

When asked about Peyton and Ravi's relationship status, the actor answered that it's pretty much over between them. However, he's been told to keep playing as the person who still cares for the ex. "We're not too sure what Rob [Thomas] and Diane [Ruggiero] have in store for Ravi and Peyton, but for now they're good friends," Kohli added.

More interestingly, Kohli dropped a hint not only about his character but the show in general. According to him in the same interview, if the show moves to season 3, more of Ravi will be explored.

"At the moment that's just a conversation, but there may be more Ravi come next year," Kohli explained

With that said, Ravi and "iZombie" Fans can only hope that the fun and interesting zombie-themed series will get a renewal.

Catch "iZombie" every Tuesday, 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
