Apple is expected to release iOS 9.3 before the end of the month, and a jailbreak for the version may be released soon afterwards -- that is, as long as Apple doesn't patch up the vulnerabilities of the operating system's beta releases.
Apple's iOS 9.3 is already on its sixth beta since it started back in January. It seems that the company is polishing the latest iOS version really well and many are looking forward to it. At the same time, those who like jailbreaking their phones are anticipating a corresponding jailbreak tool. The jailbreak community believes that an iOS 9.3 jailbreak tool is almost complete, just waiting for its prey.
It has been previously reported that an Italian jailbreak developer known as Luca Todesco or qwertyoruiop has claimed to have jailbroken several iOS 9 versions, including iOS 9.3 beta 1 a few days after its release. However, the hacker decided not to share it with the community but uploaded a video just to show that it is possible.
Another jailbreak developer known as enMTW claimed to have jailbroken iOS 9.3 beta 3 and posted a screenshot of it.
Currently, it is rumored that the fifth beta has been cracked open and so has the sixth, through an exploit that went unnoticed in the previous release. So it is a waiting game for now.
It is speculated that iOS 9.3 may be released before or during the rumored Apple event happening on March 21, where the Cupertino-based tech giant is expected to release the iPhone SE, iPad Air 3 and Apple Watch update and accessories.
The iOS 9.3 is said to contain new features such as Night Shift, where the phone adjusts the color temperature of the display during nighttime so as not to put stress on the users' eyes before bedtime; new 3D Touch Quick Actions to easily access Weather, Settings, Compass and Health; and lastly, Touch ID being available now for Notes, Neurogadget reported.
