Integrity launches Tweet4Track Twitter app

Integrity Music is using the power of social media to connect music fans with worship artists and their music with the introduction of the leading-edge Tweet4Track programme.

Through the new Twitter application, accessible via @integritymusic on Twitter, and online at www.Tweet4Track.com, Integrity invites Twitter users to share new music discoveries with friends; and in turn, receive free music from the hottest Integrity Music projects.

Featured artists on this new app include Kari Jobe, Carlos Whittaker, Israel Houghton, Lincoln Brewster, Vicky Beeching, Paul Baloche, John Mark McMillan, Desperation Band and Deluge.

Believed to be the first application of its kind, Tweet4Track has a simple premise: send a Twitter message about a featured Integrity artist from Tweet4Track's website and receive a free MP3 download from new and upcoming projects.

The free download is immediate, and also offers the opportunity to purchase and download full albums of the artists.

"We set out to build a unique experience for fans to engage our worship artists where they all live, on Twitter! The 'Twitterdom' has proven to be one of the fastest growing social networks online. There are over 300,000 new user sign-ups and 600 million search queries everyday on Twitter," said Chris Estes, Integrity's senior director of digital sales and marketing.

"The opportunity is huge for us to virally spread new music across friend networks with the most effective combination...free and recommended by friends. We believe this will grow the music community around our worship artists and bring a new level of engagement that serves the fans with a rich meaningful experience."

That number of followers will undoubtedly multiply as more people in the Twitter universe learn about this great, risk-free opportunity to discover new music and artists," adds John Coleman, vice president/general manager for Integrity Music.

"We hope to create new relationships between our artists and worship music fans."
