"House of Cards" is closer to its season 4 premiere date and fans are excited about the series' return, especially given the teasers and official stills released by Netflix.

The latest teaser (shown below) has been released by the streaming service last week. Entitled "Exhaust," the clip shows a car that has the Underwood 2016 sticker and its ignition on, exhausting smoke from its pipe and seconds later, the garage door comes down.

According to Enstarz, the video implies that someone is being murdered and it only confirms that Frank (Kevin Spacey) will still be the same person with his bag of old tricks. The clip may also be a reference to what Frank did to Congressman Peter Russo (Corey Stoll).

Going back last month, Netflix had also dropped teasers for the next season. In one clip, Doug Stamper (Michael Kelly) is shown digging the ground with a shovel. One might easily assume that Frank's trusted ally is digging a grave. However, it's shown later on that Doug is with Frank in that area and it's actually a photo op for the president.

Joel Kinnaman joins the cast of "House of Cards." Facebook/House of Cards

Based on the clip, one would question if Frank wins the elections, or if what he and Doug have done is just a part of his campaign.

Another one featured a bouquet of flowers placed in the middle of the train tracks, and moments later a train passes by. This could also be a reference to what the president did to Zoe Barnes (Kate Mara).

Will Frank's murderous past haunt him in the new season? Fans will find out soon in March.

Meanwhile, Netflix has also released stills for "House of Cards" season 4. One interesting image is that of Joel Kinnaman with Spacey's character. Kinnaman was already confirmed by the streaming service to be part of "House of Cards" season 4.

The Swedish-American actor's role in the series has not been disclosed, but based on the photo, he's being friendly with Frank and he could be his ally. Then again, Enstarz speculated that Kinnaman could play as a political journalist who is interviewing Frank.

Will Frank finally pay his debts this season? How important will Kinnaman's role be? Find out when "House of Cards" season 4 premieres on Mar. 4.
