Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk engagement news: They have been engaged for a long time, source claims

After over three years of dating, reports say actress Gwyneth Paltrow and television producer Brad Falchuk are engaged.

Multiple sources have confirmed the news to Us Weekly. One of them said the couple have already taken engagement photos, but they still want to keep the wonderful news a secret. That is until Paltrow announces it on her website Goop.

Another insider told the magazine, "They both knew it would happen, but it wasn't a big thing to them because they were both in long marriages before. There wasn't a rush."

Still, another source told Entertainment Tonight that the couple has been engaged for over a year. "She's had the ring a long time," the insider said.

Before Falchuk, the 45-year-old actress and singer was married to Coldplay vocalist Chris Martin for 10 years. In March 2014, the former couple announced in a post from Gwyneth's website that they were "consciously uncoupling," although their divorce was not finalized until 2016. The two, however, have remained good friends and co-parents to their 13-year-old daughter Apple and 11-year-old son Moses.

The 46-year-old producer, on the other hand, was previously married to fellow TV producer Suzanne Falchuk for 19 years until 2013. They share two children, Isabella and Brody.

Paltrow and Falchuk first met on the set of the musical drama "Glee" back in 2014, when the actress guest starred as substitute teacher Holly Holliday in the series that is co-created and executive produced by Falchuk.

They confirmed their romance a year later in September 2015, when Falchuk posted on Instagram that Paltrow was her date at the "Scream Queens" premiere. Since then, the two have been very vocal about their relationship, at least on their social media accounts, where they occasionally post photos of each other or together, with Paltrow calling him "handsome" and Falchuk calling her "beauty."
