Grey's Anatomy' season 13 Spoilers: Meredith, Maggie, Alex set for happy endings?

 ABC

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 will bring some surprises and perhaps happy endings for Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) and her fellow doctors.

In the finale episode for season 12, Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) asked her ex-wife Callie (Sara Ramirez) to settle things between them so thay can be happy again, reports Designntrend.com

April (Sarah Drew) and Jackson (Jesse Williams) were also blessed with a child and it clearly looks positive.

Dr. Warren (Jason George) is feeling positive and relieved that his wife, Dr. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) no longer blames him for his past mistakes.

Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) also tied the knot, and the two will definitely have fun on their honeymoon.

But similar positive storylines cannot be said regarding Meredith, Alex (Justin Chambers), Jo (Camilla Luddington) and Maggie (Kelly McCreary).

While at Amelia and Owen's wedding, Meredith was surprised to find out that Maggie has feelings for Nathan (Martin Henderson). The two slept together and obviously had a grand time.

Alex and Jo's relationship meanwhile is currently on the rocks because Jo refused to wed Alex yet again.

Jo also made a shocking revelation about her past with her ex-husband. Not only was she married before, she was also an abused woman.

At present, Alex is confused as to why Jo would not marry him.

Should they not end up on each others arms, viewers still want to see both characters happy and content with their lives.

In a recent interview, Grey Anatomy's executive producer Betsy Beers confessed that there's actually a good chance that Alex will find his way back to Jo, according to Unreality TV.

"There's so many Alex-Jo fans—like, the Alex-Jo fans are crazyballs! There's a little bit of something for everybody right now," he said.

Some reports also say that Meredith may finally open herself up to a new man after her husband Derek (Patrick Dempsey) passed away a few years ago.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 will premiere on ABC this September.
