'General Hospital' spoilers: Victor Cassadine and Jasper Jacks returning to Port Charles?

There's one infamous character in "General Hospital" that will be making a comeback, and it's none other than Victor Cassadine played by Thaao Penghlis, as reported by Celebrity Laundry.

One of the best "General Hospital" spoilers for the week is that Penghlis is confirmed to return to the ABC daytime drama show. Penghlis even tweeted the news himself, saying "Have been asked back to General Hospital to explore the new escapades of that charming but mischievous rogue Victor Cassadine. Stay tuned."

Are you surprised with the news? Well, many fans of the show aren't. Victor Cassadine is part of two unresolved story lines, so it's not a shocker that he has to come back and finish what he started. And because Victor Cassidine is returning, Jason Morgan might be returning to Port Charles too. By the way, it is confirmed that Billy Miller from "The Young and the Restless" will play Jason Morgan, which means that the character will surely be returning.

Victor Cassadine was last seen in "General Hospital" when his past relationship with Dr. Liesl Obrecht was revealed. It was also the time when it was known that Liesl is also the mother of Det. Nathan West. Immediately, fans speculated that Cassidine may be the father of Nathan, which means that Cassadine might be going back to complete a father-son storyline.

In other news, there is also a rumor going around that Jasper Jacks may also be back. The only reason why he would be back in Port Charles is to fix the situation between Franco and Josslyn. Further, Jasper Jacks return can also put an end to the fake Luke storyline. But fans of the show think that Jerry, Jasper's brother will be creating chaos in Port Charles, which is another reason why Jasper would be back. There is no confirmation about Jasper's return yet.

What do you think about the comebacks?
