'General Hospital' spoilers: Patrick hides new information from Sam

"General Hospital" always make you want more and more drama every week. And if that's exactly what "GH" fans are looking for, everyone will get a satisfied craving this week. Here's what will unfold in "General Hospital" August 4 to 8, according to We Love Soaps.

August 4

The week will start with Britt not having his plan turn out the way she wants it to. While trying to know more information about Nina, Patrick and Sam come across obstacles. Meanwhile, Kiki will know something about Silas and Sam and it will be Silas, who will tell her about it.

August 5

Sam is very motivated in finding out more about Nina, so she looks into Nina's files at the clinic. However, Nina is onto something else, and that is knowing where Spencer is located. And Patrick knows something, is it about Nina too?

Lucas proposes a proposition to Brad and Felix, which the two very much likes. Britt finds out who ruined her plans.

This will be the episode where Victor Cassadine, played by Thaao Penghlis, will return to "General Hospital."

August 6

In Wednesday's episode, Ned will tell Morgan and Michael that they should already talk to Alice about her condition. Meanwhile, things between Jordan and Shawn turns sour, after Shawn knows Jordan's role in the mob incident. Julian also confesses to Alexis.

August 7

Nina witnesses something and that is Carly comforting Sonny. Meanwhile, Patrick has new information but hides it from Sam as he won't be telling him about it anytime soon too.

In this episode, Alice will learn about the treatment.

August 8

To cap off the week, Nathan will accept that he has feelings for Maxie and Felicia gives Maxie an heirloom. Carly encourages Ava to get the paternity test and Ava might just follow the advice.
