Franklin Graham congratulates Hillary Clinton for winning Dem nomination but still won't say who he will vote for

Rev. Franklin Graham remains equivocal as to who he will support in the 2016 presidential elections. However, when reports surfaced that Hillary Clinton might just be the one to secure the Democratic nod, he wasted no time in congratulating her.

"It seems congratulations are in order to Hillary Clinton this morning. According to the Associated Press, she now has enough delegates to win the Democratic nomination, even though Bernie Sanders disagrees and pledges to fight on," Graham writes on his Facebook page.

Graham believes that the presidential race will boil down to a competition between Clinton and Republican candidate Donald Trump. The evangelist says he is endorsing neither one of them, but he hopes fellow Americans will follow his lead in praying that God will place a good Christian leader in the White House.

"I am appealing to all Americans to pray. This nation is in serious trouble. Both the Democratic and the Republican parties have lost the moral vision for this nation," he says. "I pray that God will give us a president who is a strong and courageous leader and who has a vision for the future. We need a president who can lead this nation back to being one nation under God so that we can truly say 'In God we trust!' May God bless America again!"

Meanwhile, Graham also commented on the recent atheist rally held at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. The atheists said their focus is on climate change, reproductive rights, and LGBT equality, and they "want to see reason taking precedence over religious-driven ideology."

However, Graham warns these atheists that it is never wise to take God out of any equation. "These atheists promoting secularism want to strip God out of America's past, present and future. Here's a warning: If you remove God, you remove God's hand of blessing. That's been shown over and over throughout history," he says.
