Focus on a higher purpose this year

Christ for all Nations evangelist Daniel Kolenda is encouraging Christians not to allow fear to hold them back from realising their full potential.

Kolenda guides Christians through the process of discovering their higher purpose by listening to God in his new book, "Live Before You Die: Wake up to God's will for your life".

"People claim to be unfulfilled for a variety of circumstances; lack of finances, bad job, unhappy marriage, but God has a better plan, a fulfilling plan," he says.

From Christians doing mission, to those in the marketplace, and the stay-at-home mums, Kolenda shares practical advice about how any person can experience the wonders of God's calling for their life and live out His adventure for them.

In the book, released from Passio, he reflects on how Christians can start moving in the right direction, what to do when God says wait, and how to discover God's will.

"Focusing your attention in 2013 on finding higher purpose is one of the best things you can do for your spiritual development," he said.

"I wrote this book to offer guidance to those searching for purpose, this year and always."
