'Fear the Walking Dead' season 2: Show joins 2016 PaleyFest LA

 AMC Official

In less than three months, fans will finally catch new episodes of AMC's "Fear the Walking Dead."

So far, not much has been revealed about the brand new season that is set to premiere this April. However, fans already know what to expect as it has been previously reported that Travis (Cliff Curtis) and his group will leave the zombie-infested town and will seek refuge in a yacht.

The survivors from the land will meet with the survivors who are out on the sea aboard Victor Strand's (Colman Domingo) yacht.

Will the group be safe in the waters? Not quite, as teased by showrunner Dave Erickson in a previous report.

Meanwhile, fans may get some tidbits about the series since "Fear the Walking Dead" has been included in the 2016 PaleyFest LA lineup.

According to Variety, "Fear the Walking Dead" joins other top-rated shows such as Fox's "Empire," FX's "America Horror Story," and CBS' "The Big Bang Theory."

The event will run from Mar. 11 to 20 and will be held at Dolby Theatre in Hollywood in Los Angeles. The stars from "Fear the Walking Dead" who are set to appear onstage include Curtis, Kim Dickens (Madison Clark) Curtis, Frank Dillane (Nick Clark), Alycia Debnam-Carey (Alicia) and Lorenzo James Henrie (Christopher Manawa), among others.

The "Fear the Walking Dead" panel will kick off on Saturday, Mar. 19, at 2 p.m. PST. The stars of the series will be there to answer some of the questions audience will throw at them during the Q&A session.

PaleyFest also usually screen episodes of the TV series included in the lineup, so fans may expect some juicy bits about the zombie-themed TV series once the panel wraps up.

Apart from "Fear the Walking Dead," there will be other panels set to join the event, but they have yet to be announced.

More update should pop up leading to the release of "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2, which will be on Apr. 20 on AMC.
