Eminem new album 2016 release date news: next release may have been set aside as rapper works on a new film

Rapper Eminem has long been rumored to be working on a brand-new album, which was speculated to be released this year. However, according to a report from Ecumenical News, the album may have been delayed as the rapper might be simultaneously working on a film which he will also appear in.

According to the report, a film may be made based on the book "Shady Bizzness: Life as Marshall Mathers' Bodyguard in an Industry of Paper Gangsters," which was originally released back in August 2000. The book was written by Eminem's former bodyguard, Byron "Big Naz" Williams.

The film may explore some of the early years of Eminem's career and from a different perspective since Williams would be the main protagonist of the film. As with Eminem's first film, "8 Mile," the rapper is likely going to make music and perhaps an entire album to coincide with the movie.

It is speculated by fans that Eminem might simply be waiting for the movie to enter production so he can work on the actual album.

According to a report from FX News Call, Eminem is notably absent from the recent Forbes list of highest earning individuals of the year. Last year Eminem had ranked 85 but this year he is completely absent, hinting that the rapper is not earning as much as before due to the lack of new material.

The report continues to point out that a new album and a new movie based on his life and achievements may be exactly what Eminem needs in order to rise up again. His most recent contribution, a song in the "Suicide Squad" soundtrack, was not even a new composition but material from an older album.

Eminem has yet to confirm if he is indeed releasing a brand new abum any time soon and if the film based on Williams' book is indeed pushing forward.

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
