Duggar Family news: Jim Bob and Michelle respond to divorce rumors

It has been previously reported that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are allegedly getting a divorce soon. These rumors have started to spread because of the revelation of Josh Duggar's sexual scandals and the cancellation of "19 Kids and Counting." Jim Bob and Michelle have now responded to these rumors.

The couple has turned to Twitter to post an announcement addressing these rumors as well as a photo to further prove the point. In the photo, Jim Bob and Michelle are shown kissing each other while the former holds up a magazine where the rumors of their divorce have made it to the cover as the main feature story.

"Don't believe everything you read in the tabloids! Michelle and I have been married for over 32 years and are more in love than ever!" the couple stated in the photo's captions.

As stated by The Hollywood Gossip there are still possibilities that they are still experiencing serious problems in their relationship. The report cites that the Josh Duggar scandal had been kept hidden for so long and the couple has been known for having extreme control over the details of their personal lives that this could all be a ploy to hide the fact that they are on the verge of divorcing.

It is also important to note that this is not the first time Jim Bob and Michelle have been rumored to get divorced. They have been speculated to split since "19 Kids and Counting" was still on air, and it became a more prominent rumor when Josh Duggar's incident became widespread and viral.

This most recent spark of divorce rumors came around when their show "Jill and Jessa: Counting On" began experiencing drops in viewership ratings, indicating that their problems may have spurned from financial struggles.

As it stands, the couple is not getting a divorce anytime soon.
