The final episode of "Dragon Ball Super" will feature the all-powerful mystical dragon, Super Shernon, who will grant the wish of whoever will be declared the winner of the Tournament of Power. According to the latest spoilers, however, the fans might be disappointed as Goku might not be the one to make that one special wish in episde 131.
As reported by Comic Book, the viewers will see Super Shenron once again in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 131. This could be a nice way to wrap up the series, especially that most story arcs in the anime also involved the mystical dragon. This time around, Super Shernon will hear the wishes of the Tournament of Power winner. Unfortunately for Goku's supporters, the Saiyan warrior has yet to secure his position as the tournament's champion.
To recap the previous episode fo "Dragon Ball Super," Goku was able to launch solid hits on Jiren after perfecting his Ultra Instinct form. While the Universe 11 Pride Trooper was surprised to see Goku achieving incredible power that already surpasses that of the gods and dieties, Jiren unleashed the full extent of his energy. With this, Jiren was able to catch up with Goku's Ultra Instinct power. The bad news is that Goku already depleted his Ultra Instinct power after taking quite a beating from his previous opponents.
Surprisingly, it was revealed that Goku and Jiren are not the only last fighters standing in the Tournament of Power as Frieza and Android 17 from Universe 7 were seen standing alive and well. Even as Goku is in danger of being eliminated from the competition, his teammates could do the work for him and beat Jiren. After all, Jiren has already suffered from Goku's Ultra Instinct attacks, and both Frieza and Android 17 could easily defeat the opponent this time around.
There are rumors that either one of Frieza or Android 17 will make a wish to Super Shenron in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 131, especially if one of them will be declared the winner of the Tournament of Power. Per the latest episode 131 teaser, Super Shenron is indeed coming out of the Super Dragon Balls to fulfill the wish of the mystery winner.
"Dragon Ball Super" episode 131 will air in Japan on Sunday, March 25.
