Bandai Namco announced on Oct. 24 that the fighting game developed by Arc System Work  "Dragon Ball FighterZ" — will be ready for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One starting Jan. 26, 2018.

FighterZ features a lot of characters from "Dragon Ball" and it was recently revealed that Nappa and Captain Ginyu will be the new addition to the playable characters. Android 16, Krillin, and Piccolo are just some of the regular characters in the game. Gamer website GameSpot has provided the full list of confirmed characters on one of their blogs.

Similar to other fighting games, FighterZ also features a story mode where Android 16 is revived and the Z-Fighters are gradually killed. Players are able to control a different character from chapter to chapter.

"Dragon Ball FighterZ" will be a three-on-three game battle from the same developer who created the Guilty Gear fighting game franchise. It is an action-filled game with the combination of classic 2D fighting in 3D characters from the "Dragon Ball" series. Each character in the game will have its own signature move, including the timeless "Kamehameha Wave," also known as the "Turtle Destruction Wave."

It was also announced at a much earlier date that there's also a special Collector's Edition for "Dragon Ball FighterZ" available for retail and pre-order. The Collector's Edition is valued at $140, and it includes a seven-inch statue of Goku, a steelbook case and three art boards.

Anyone who will pre-order the physical and standard edition of the game will receive two characters: Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta. They will also receive an early access to an upcoming "FighterZ" open beta.

"Dragon Ball FighterZ" has seven editions that gamers can choose from  the Standard edition, ControlZ Edition, FighterZ Edition Download, FighterZ Edition, Standard Download, Ultimate Edition Download, and the FighterZ Pass which will have eight additional playable characters, as proclaimed by Bandai Namco.

For video game players who like the adrenaline of "Prison Break" and anything with zombies in it, makers Mouldy Toof and Team 17 have conjured something for their "lovers of the undead" gamers again.

A new downloadable content (DLC) for "The Escapists 2" was released on Oct. 24. The first installment of prison escape video game was launched in August, and just in time for Halloween, the game that officially partnered with "The Walking Dead" released its second themed DLC offering; it is called Wicked Ward.

A Steam page dedicated to Wicked Ward DLC states that "things have taken a strange turn in the locked off wings of an abandoned hospital" and that gamers will again have to craft, fight, and strategize to find their way to freedom from "this natural eerie supernatural slammer."

The new game features escaping from a mad scientist and a stockpile of "walkers" that guard the territory within the haunted vicinity; it also said that the goal of the game is to "escape at all costs." The game now features a brand-new horror themed map to escape from, new Halloween-themed customizations, new outfits, items and "craftable" recipes.

"The Escapists 2: Wicked Ward" is the third game in "The Escapists" series. It is set to be released on Nintendo Switch at an unknown date. The new "Escapists" version is more detailed and has more ways to escape, more things to craft out of, a revised battle system, and more.

When the game was released on PC, Xbox, and Playstation 4 on Aug. 22, it launched with 10 prisons and an additional item called The Glorious Regime, which came free on pre-orders.

Steam indicates on its website a full list of system requirements so that the game may be played on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
