Kari Jobe has some words of wisdom for fellow Christians struggling with worries.
In her latest video devotional, the worship artist draws inspiration from Psalm 34, which talks about not being anxious.
"I don't know about you, but for me the idea of not being anxious is hard sometimes, especially as a girl, a woman, because emotionally we can feel like things look like they're ok but inside we feel really anxious, and we're worrying and we're fretting about things."
She encourages us to believe in how much God loves us and know that he doesn't want us to be anxious.
The video ends with a reminder of the solution to all worries - casting them on the Lord.
