Delirious? and Tim Hughes Announce UK Tour

|TOP|Popular Christian band Delirious? has announced a UK tour with worship artist Tim Hughes, following a European tour in March.

The British band and worship artist will embark on ‘The Mission Bell Tour’ throughout October and November.

"Touring the UK is always special," explains Martin Smith, lead singer of Delirious?, "but there's something about these next 13 dates that we're all particularly hungry for. The chance to see the church uniting, praising and going out to serve a world in need is a huge privilege."

Hughes commented: "Christians across the country are discovering just how strong the links are between worship and justice. With the world looking for answers to the injustice of poverty and suffering, this tour comes at an important time for us Christians."

|AD|Jonathan Brown, manager of Furious! Distribution, notes: “With seven new Mission Bell videos, a full LCD screen and even more than the usual tricks and turns, the show raises the bar.”

Following the release of their critically acclaimed eighth studio album, The Mission Bell, Delirious? has reached out to over a million people around the world as a result of diligent touring.

Last February in India alone, the band delivered their music to an audience of 1.2 million while touring with dynamic preacher Joyce Meyer. In addition, front man Martin Smith and guitarist Stu G travelled to Rwanda to reach out to thousands more.

In other news, Martin Smith, Stu G, and Delirious? drummer Stew Martin are currently working on a book called “The Delirious? Code” (“The ‘D’ Code”).

“The book will explain what a lot of our songs are about,” Martin explains.

In addition, a full length DVD and audio CD Delirious? Live Worship At Willow Creek will release in October.
