If you caught the finale of Avengers 2: The Age of Ultron, Captain America (Chris Evans) got cut off as he was about to say "Avengers Assemble".
Though that may not be much of a concern, a foolish guess could tie it up with third installment of Captain America, Civil War.
Thanks to countless rumors, Marvel fans will more or less have an idea of things to come. Of course those who have read the comics will more or less know of things to come.
For the benefit of those who are unaware, Captain America and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) are expected to lead opposite sides as the government sticks its nose by vouching for the highly criticized Superhero Registration Act.
After what had transpired in the Age of Ultron, the said act will be divide the Avengers, led by Cap and Starks. And as this happens, chaos breaks loose and leaves a lot of the Avengers caught in between. That list includes Black Widow, Hawkeye, Scarlett Witch, Vision, Falcon, Ant-Man and War Machine. With who will they align with?
Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) will not be around to help. As far as the main villain is concerned, the question on whether it would be Crossbones (Frank Gillo) or not remains a mystery.
After being Cap's chief nemesis in Captain America 2, a tweet by Evans last May 22 has now thrown fans off guard.
Is he returning or is Evans just messing around with fans?
While that has yet to be settled, fans have to wait and see who the main villain will really be in Civil War.
With regards to other characters appearing, Martin Freeman could be appearing and taking on the role of the British Prime Minister. With that said, rumors of him playing a superhero may as well been shunned.
Captain America 3: Civil War hits theaters on May 6, 2016 in the US but UK fans will have first crack at seeing the movie since it will debut a week earlier on April 29, 2016.
