"Fuller House" star Candace Cameron Bure was one of the many Christians who watched her brother Kirk's film "Revive Us" on Tuesday night. The actress was so moved by what she saw that she united with complete strangers inside the cinema through the power of Christ.

Candace shared a photo of her new Christian friends on her Facebook page. "So happy to worship with these brothers and sisters in Christ at the showing of my big bro Kirk's 'Revive Us' in New York City, Time Square!" she wrote.

"We hugged each other, took pictures and best of all, prayed fervently as a group together for our country, our leaders, our families, our children and those who are sick, hurting and in need. Yup, strangers... praying and loving on each other. What a concept! We LOVE you, Lord. Revive our hearts to love you with every part of our being. Thank you Kirk Cameron @_francischan @pastorjamesmacdonald @realbencarson @jennrothschild"

The movie hoped to spark a spiritual revival among American Christians. It featured inspirational talks from Pastor Francis Chan, Dr. Ben Carson, Eric Metaxas, Pastor James MacDonald, Jennifer Rothschild, and Kirk's own daughter, Isabella.

The Passion band and The Vertical Church Band also appeared in the movie, according to The Christian Post.

Earlier, Kirk told FOX411 that Christians are very lucky to be alive today, even as countless believers from all over the world are facing persecution day to day because of their faith.

"I want to say to people loud and clear: There has never been a more exciting time in America to be a Christian, to be a person of deep faith in God," the "Growing Pains" star said. "This could be our finest hour because when all hope seems lost, that is when God parts the waters. I think this could be a Red Sea moment for you, for me, for us, in our America story right now."
