'Batman: Arkham Knight' PC issues remain after relaunch

Unfortunately, "Batman: Arkham Knight" remains problematic for the PC players who waited four months for the game's availability. Within the day of the re-launch, complaints about persistent problems on the visual side of the game inundated Steam and Reddit.

In a Steam update, Warner Bros. wrote that it detected some particular issues and made sure to inform gamers. "After extensive testing, a hard drive paging issue with some GPUs on Windows 7 may occur after extended gameplay sessions," the company warned.

"If you encounter this, simply re-launching the game will resolve the issue," it then advised. Sadly, there are more issues being raised by gamers including crashing and freezing, which were the same problems that pushed the game publisher to pull out "Batman: Arkham Knight" from the shelves.

For Windows 10 users, Warner Bros. advises that gamers should play on a PC with at least 12GB of system RAM. With this unit their equipment's hood, the company promises "the game to operate without paging and provides a smoother gameplay experience."

The latest issue "Batman: Arkham Knight" PC players came across involves the Season Pass. Following the four-month wait, Rocksteady and Warner Bros. found it best to reward players for their patience with every single one of the DLCs made available to the console versions of the title during its absence.

The newly-emerged issue is preventing the game from downloading the Season Pass content automatically. Showing that they are aware of the situation, the publisher added in the Steam update that "We've recently resolved this issue with help from Valve, and everyone should be receiving their Season Pass content now."

Others continue to complain the stuttering of the game and how it remains unplayable despite all the fixes done. Back in June, when it was made available, these very same issues plagued the title.
