The latest episode of "Arrow" season 4 featured some daddy issues between Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and her dad, revealed to be The Calculator (Tom Amandes). But there's still another daddy-related issue that fans would want to watch out for — will Oliver (Stephen Amell) reveal his secret about his son, William (Jack Moore)?

In order to be part of his son's life, Oliver promised to his baby mama, Samantha (Anna Hopkins), that he will tell no one that he's William's father. But since Oliver is already engaged, one would wonder if he's going to keep that secret forever.

According to the synopsis for next week's episode, titled "Code of Silence," Oliver starts to feel guilty about not telling Felicity that he has a son, especially as they get closer to their wedding date.

It remains to be seen if in this episode, the Green Arrow overcomes his guilt and finally spills the beans. Besides, he did propose back in episode 13 that he and Felicity should get married soon. However, CarterMatt speculates that having Felicity know the truth will not bring any good to their relationship.

How Felicity will take the news if Oliver decides to tell and what it will do to "Olicity" is part of the "Arrow" storyline that fans are looking forward to.

Meanwhile, Oliver will not only be dealing with his own secrets. He will also stumble upon others' secret, particularly that of his team's opponent, HIVE. Oliver and his team discover what HIVE is up to in order to take down his team.

Knowing that HIVE is launching an attack, Lance (Paul Blackthorne) starts to doubt if staying near Donna Smoak will put her more in danger than keep her safe. Guest star Charlotte Ross plays Donna in the episode.
