Amiibo news: Rare figures coming soon

 Nintendo

Some of the hard-to-find Amiibos that have sold out recently are reportedly making their way back into stores.

Amiibos have been selling like hotcakes recently, and as a byproduct of their immense popularity, some of these figures have disappeared from store shelves before everyone could get them.

Among the specific Amiibos that have been the hardest to find for collectors have been the Captain Falcon, Little Mac and Villager figures, according to Attack of the Fanboy.

Nintendo has actually restocked these models in the past, although they have yet to make them widely available in the United States, with expectations apparently changing with the latest rumors coming out.

As of now, it's believed that all three of these Amiibo figures will be coming to Toys-R-Us stores across the country very soon, meaning collectors now have a new opportunity to finally get their coveted pieces.

Around 80,000 of the Villager figures are expected to become available soon with 26,000 each of the Captain Falcon and Little Mac varieties also returning to stores.

There will also reportedly be 26,000 restocks for both the Fox and Lucario Amiibo figures coming soon.

Another retailer, Target, will also be restocking their shelves with Amiibo figures, but these appear to be different models.

According to Geek Snack, the figures that Target will be featuring on their shelves include the 8-bit Mario Classic, Ganondorf and Zero Suit Samus models. These figures were released just last week, so even though they may not be as rare as the restocks, their numbers still figure to be dwindling.

As for restocks that have not been associated to specific retailers yet, collectors can expect the figures of Marth and Shulk to also be present once again.

There will also be a new batch of Amiibo figures launching soon, including Duck Hunt, R.O.B. and Mr. Game & Watch.
