Aly & AJ (Alyson & Amanda Joy Michalka), popular duo-sister group in the U.S., recently hit No 1 New song on Yahoo’s Launchcast, and was featured on AOL’s main page.
|PIC1|The Christian girls, recognised for singing songs that are positive and encouraging, also hit No 1 in Christian radio on the R&R CHR chart with their single “Never Far Behind.”
In addition, Aly & AJ has garnered a large Disney audience, with Aly co-starring on Disney Channel’s “Phil of the Future.” They were recently honoured with five Radio Disney Award Nominations.
Aly & AJ will also star in Disney’s Cow Belles, which will premier Friday, March 24. Having played the piano since they were six years old, Aly (16), and AJ (14) composed most of the songs from their debut album The Rush.
