"Vanderpump Rules'" James Kennedy may be in for some serious trouble for not treating women right.

According to a report from Starpulse, SUR boss Lisa Vanderpump expressed how shocked she was to discover that Kennedy is not giving any respect to women. The report added that the boss is considering taking away his DJ job and demoting him to busboy.

"I'm seeing James and his arrogance is superseding his talent. Maybe he needs to pull a few busboy shifts right now. What is this? I mean, really?" the 55-year-old restaurateur said in her video blog posted on Bravotv.com after she watched the series.

Starpulse continued that Kennedy, who currently works as a DJ for Vanderpump's restaurant, did not show respect particularly to Kristen Doute, which pretty much upset the boss. It's easy to assume that Kennedy would easily break it off with Doute so he could be with Lala Kent. Vanderpump also sees that Kennedy and Kent look great together.

"Yeah, here's James and Lala out on a proper date like proper people just focusing on each other. It's actually very cute to see James and Lala together. These two have some real chemistry," Vanderpump reveals.

That may be the case for the SUR boss, but based on the preview of the upcoming episode, Kent may be engaged in a flirty conversation with playboy Jax Taylor.

Based on the preview, Taylor is making a move on Kent even though he is still with Brittany Cartwright.

Kent is talking to other hostesses at SUR about Taylor and then he signals for her. The two exchanges flirty talks, with Kent asking him about his girlfriend. Taylor then lies to Kent and tells her that he doesn't think what he has with Cartwright still means anything. Kent assumes that with his statement, Taylor can date whomever he wants.

"Vanderpump Rules" airs on Mondays, 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
