The Dread Doctors continue to threaten Beacon Hills and now, they have taken both Hayden and Liam captive. With this, Scott and Malia make it their job to save their friends from impending danger, which fans will see in "Teen Wolf" season 5 episode 8 titled "Ouroboros."

Facing the baddies head on is, of course, a mission the ending of which is very hard to predict. With the Dread Doctors tagged as the biggest and most powerful villains to cross paths with Scott and his crew, it isn't hard to think that Scott and Malia's rescue mission will play to the bad guys' advantage.

In the preview for episode 8, Scott blames himself again for putting his pack in harm's way. This could be the reason he is prepared to fling himself directly in the face of danger, thinking he can make sure for himself that the people he believes he imperiled will be brought back safely.

As for Liam and Hayden, they try to help each other in their dire situation. Although they have their differences — the latter got punched in the face by the former before they were captured by the killer doctors — Liam makes it clear to Hayden that he will do his best to ease her pain.

Meanwhile, the upcoming installment will also reveal more about the Dread Doctors and their sinister plans involving the now-struggling pack. According to the official synopsis, Deaton comes across a "horrific" discovery about their foes.

It remains to be seen where this finding could lead, or if it will ever help the pack defeat their enemies. But from the looks of it, the Dread Doctors are well-equipped to give their targets a beat down, which is why it is both exciting and terrifying for fans to watch Scott and Malia go straight to their enemies' den.

"Teen Wolf" season 5 episode 8, "Ouroboros," will air on Aug. 10.
