'Supernatural' season 11 spoilers: Jared Padalecki not leaving, Darkness to turn the world bad?

Supernatural season 10 episode 19 CW

The darkness may be on the horizon but "Supernatural" season 10 wasn't the long-running hit series' final bow. The CW president Mark Pedowitz revealed in a recent interview that the Winchester brothers' dark, fun and twisted adventures has yet to come to an end.

"I'm a big believer and a big fan of the show, and as long as the ratings hold and as long as the boys want to do it, we'll do it," Pedowitz said, delighting fans all over the world.

Recently, there were rumors that Jared Padalecki was leaving the show. The actor, who plays Sam in the hit series, felt the urge to "head home" to be with his family, thus apologizing for missing certain conventions such as the JibCon, a special "Supernatural" summer convention, and asking for all the "love [he] can get."

Padalecki revealed that he is going through some personal issues. But that does not mean that the actor won't be back for a new run. A representative of the actor released a statement to E! Online assuring that Padalecki is already doing better.

"He's doing better already and is excited about shooting Supernatural Season 11 this July. For now he's taking a break, but is so appreciative of his fans, and sees and feels their love and support," the representative said in the statement.

With Padalecki still on board, fans can look forward to more brotherly love in "Supernatural" season 11. As Death warned the brothers in the season 10 finale, removing the Mark of Cain from Dean, which they successfully did, will unlock an inconceivable disaster that's not just on a global scale, but one that has everything needed to destroy the whole universe.

It is unclear as to how the darkness will take effect. Bustle surmises that when it is released into the world, more people will act as evil as Dean had, triggering worldwide chaos, which Bustle says, is likely something Lucifer and Michael will be able to stop.

If this is the case, then Sam and Dean will have to free the two from where they incarcerated them to become saviors of the world. But one thing fans want to see in "Supernatural" season 10 is the aftermath of Death's death. Will Sam, who killed him, be the next one to hold the scythe?

"Supernatural" season 11 will be back in fall.
