"Scream Queens" season 2 should be filled with answers to the slew of mysteries that remained unsolved by the end of the first season. For starters, rumor has it that a new Red Devil will run amok in town.

Some say that "Glee" star Lea Michele's character Hester will be back with her serial killing business in the new season. She expressed her excitement in playing the killer again during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, although she ultimately revealed that a new big bad will be out there.

"Ryan has shared with a few of us what his ideas for next year are and I think that they're so exciting and I'm down," the actress stated, adding that it will be "really great" to see her character in "Scream Queens" season 2 back in a killer environment.

She hinted that there will be a new murderer around but Hester may likely be at the receiving end of the horror this time. It does not suffice to say that a new version of Red Devil will be out and about but Michele hinted that a new big bad will be lurking in the shadows.

"Ryan shared that next year there would be a whole new killer and so to see her really in the position of being the victim, I think would be really fun to play," the star explained. The next Red Devil is not the only mystery "Scream Queens" season 2 should solve.

When the freshman season ended, Chanel, played by Emma Roberts, was about to get assaulted by what looked like a new Red Devil (this is where rumors about a new Red Devil also came about). The season ended before it could reveal the character's fate.

It is also believed that "Scream Queens" season 2 should provide an explanation as to why Melanie's body is full of burns when she was found. Fans also hope that the new season will show more of Sadie Swenson's (Chanel No. 3) fun alter ego Dirty Helen.

At the moment, there is no release date set for the premiere of "Scream Queens" season 2.
