The family of actor Paul Walker has released details of his funeral.

The late Fast and the Furious actor will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills on Saturday.

Walker's body was transferred from the mortuary to the Los Angeles funeral home this week. He was then transferred to a crematory in Glendale where he was cremated on Dec. 12, according to RadarOnline.

A private funeral will be held this weekend with only family attending. Some co-stars of Fast and Furious may also be in attendance.

The late actor's father Paul Walker Sr. , his younger brother Cody, and other family members were seen choosing a grave site plot at the cemetery on Wednesday.

Walker and driver Roger Rodas died Nov. 30 in a tragic car crash. Rodas is believed to have lost control of the Porsche Carrera GT, which is known to be dangerous.

The family expects to keep the funeral private to protect Walker's 15-year-old daughter Meadow from media.

Meadow Walker will reportedly continue her father's Reach Out WorldWide charity in his honor.

According to the International Business Times, Meadow has already talked about keeping his charity going in her dad's honor. "That's his legacy and the thing that he was most proud of, besides Meadow, so she's really committed to making sure it lives on."

Walker founded the charity in 2010. He was attending an ROWW event for victims of Typhoon Haiyan in Philippines at the time of his sudden death.

Messages on Paul Walker's social media have encouraged fans to support Walker's charity. "In lieu of flowers or other gifts, Paul Walker's family asks that donations be made to his charity."
