This week on "NCIS," a Navy chaplain's murder led the team to uncover a conspiracy at Guantanamo Bay, and Bishop (Emily Wickersham) revealed her secret boyfriend to her three, overprotective brothers.

Bishop's brothers, George (Ryan Doom), John (Jesse Bradford), and Robbie (Jesse Johnson) surprised her for Thanksgiving, and when the boys saw that their sister was dressed for going out, they immediately thought that she must be dating someone and that it had to be one of her co-workers. The three decided to go to NCIS and snoop around, interrogating everyone from McGee (Sean Murray), Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and Reeves (Duane Henry) as they tried to find out who their sister is dating.

Meanwhile, the Navy chaplain's murder prompted Bishop to go on a fact-finding mission in Guantanamo Bay, and she was accompanied by Qasim Naasir (Rafi Silver), who helped with some Pashto translation as she spoke with Amir Hassan (Aaron Ramzi). Bishop found out that Amir was wrongfully accused of being involved in terrorist activity, and while the man did not trust her, Qasim said that he also didn't trust Bishop when they first met but he is alive because of her.

Later, after Amir was freed, Bishop returned and told Gibbs (Mark Harmon) that she broke Rule 12, which is "Don't Date Co-workers." Gibbs told her that it took her long enough, and when she went home, she introduced her boyfriend, Qasim, to her brothers.

Next week, "NCIS" will be on hiatus but will return with a brand-new episode on Dec. 6 titled "Pay to Play." In the episode, the NCIS team investigates a series of escalating threats against Congresswoman Jenna Flemming (guest star Mary Stuart Masterson), while Director Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) oversees temporary protection detail.

While this week's episode was all about Bishop, it was speculated that episode 9 could be a key story for Vance, who is a longtime presence on the show. The episode also marks Masterson's return to television after her turn on "Blue Bloods" in 2015.

"NCIS" airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
