The legions of fans who are waiting for the final chapter in the "Ultimate Ninja" title of the "Naruto Shippuden" game franchise were in for a treat as a new trailer showing off some gameplay footage was released.

At the recently concluded New York Comic Con event, fans of the long-running franchise were treated to a new trailer release. The video footage showed off some fighting in progress between the main characters of the series, and the video also highlighted a rare gem – the Perfect Susanoo.

In the franchise story, Susanoo is one of the most powerful techniques available to the Uchiha clan, as part of their eye-based bloodline limits. The Susanoo can only be achieved by those who have awakened their Mangekyo Sharingans in both eyes. In the original manga and its anime and movie adaptations, Susanoo users who were prominently displayed were the Uchiha brothers Sasuke and Itachi.

However, the Perfect Susanoo in the upcoming "'Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" is unique in itself – it is only exclusive to the game and was not seen in the already-finished manga nor in the anime. The Perfect Susanoo technique in the game was put in and penned by Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of the entire "Naruto" franchise.

Meanwhile, in related news, pre-orders for the game can now be placed at selected retailers, and with pre-order purchases come bonus perks. Pre-order items include exclusive content like the Sixth Hokage costume for Hatake Kakashi from "The Last: Naruto the Movie" and playable characters Boruto and Sarada from "Boruto: Naruto the Movie."

Also included are character costumes for Sakura and Hinata from their gear in "The Last: Naruto the Movie," and playable chaaracters Naruto and Sasuke as they appeared in the same film.

"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will be released in February next year.
