The first details for the upcoming "Bones" season 11 and "Sleepy Hollow" season 3 crossover have emerged via report from TVLine. The crossover will begin in the "Bones" episode titled "The Resurrection in the Remains" and will be continued in the "Sleepy Hollow" episode titled "Dead Men Tell No Tales."

During the first half of the crossover, which as mentioned will take place during the "Bones" episode, Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison), Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie), Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) will have to work together in order to identify a 200-year old corpse, which is connected to a modern-day murder case.

In the second half, Pandora (Shannyn Sossamon) will be making a return and will use her powers to resurrect the Red Coat General Howe. Both teams will have to work together in order to save the town of Sleepy Hollow from the threat of an undead army of British soldiers.

"Can the power of Booth and Brennan combined with Abbie and Crane be enough to stop Pandora's evil forces?" reads the official synopsis for the "Sleepy Hollow" episode.

Back in August, "Sleepy Hollow" executive producer Clifton Campbell explained that the mere mention of crossing the two franchises together had energized their writerss room and that this may lead to gratifying results for both those behind the two shows and for the fans.

""The creative freedom to merge these two worlds which, at face value, seem so different; but at their core have such striking similarities - mystery, intrigue and methodical deduction, wrapped up in such strong character partnerships - was a challenge that we all welcomed, and we believe that fans of both series will be very satisfied by the result," he told TVLine.

The first half of the crossover event will start at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29, on "Bones" and will conclude with the "Sleepy Hollow" episode that follows immediately after at 9 p.m.
