iOS 10 jailbreak Pangu release date news, updates 2016: Software to arrive too late for all users to take advantage of?

Apple is working towards the release of the final version of the iOS 10.2, which will likely be out in the first week of December, but jailbreak development team Pangu remains silent about its iOS 10 tool.

However, the latest rumors have it that the jailbreak tool will arrive by Christmas and that Pangu is just waiting for Apple to roll out the iOS 10.2.

It is being said that Pangu already has the iOS 10 jailbreak ready, but the team is only waiting for the iPhone maker to release the new software update, which is expected to have jailbreak-killing tweaks just like the previous ones. That way, Pangu can do the necessary tweaks to work around it. Rumors say the iOS 10 jailbreak software could be out and about by Christmas.

However, not all jailbreakers may find the software useful. Early this year, Pangu, after months of silence, released the iOS 9.1 jailbreak when Apple was rolling out the iOS 9.3 software.

This is because when the jailbreak was released, the tech titan has stopped signing older versions of the mobile operating system. Many users have upgraded since then and are unable to downgrade to be able to use the jailbreak.

It looks like this is what is happening with the iOS 10 jailbreak as well. Users are advised not to upgrade yet to iOS 10 in order for them to be able to use the software from Pangu.

However, the team's silence does not help with the waiting as this is giving some the impression that the jailbreak is either dropping late or not coming at all.

There are doubts that the jailbreak will ever see the light of day as Apple has been ramping up its efforts to stop jailbreaking. But the fact that developers like Luca Todesco manage to break into the iOS 10 suggests that it is still possible.

If the rumors are to be believed, the iOS 10 jailbreak by Pangu should arrive next month.
