Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed's marriage has been rumored to be on the rocks as the stars are allegedly fighting over their work schedules and are said to be at odds over starting a family.

Several reports claimed that Somerhalder is desperate to be a father and has been pressuring his wife to start a family, but the actress is said to be focusing more on her career. But Somerhalder and Reed attended The Weinstein Company and Netflix Golden Globe afterparty in Los Angeles on Sunday, Jan. 10, perhaps proving rumors wrong.

The "Twilight" star was dressed in a halterneck-style gown with a gold pattern while "TheVampire Diaries" actor donned a black suit and a black bowtie for the occasion. An eyewitness told Hollywoodlife that the couple went to the lobby of the Beverly Hilton hand in hand and that while walking through the crowd, the pair stopped, and Somerhalder looked Reed in the eye and said, "I love you." The source said that the couple kissed briefly and continued walking through the lobby.

"They did this all away from any camera," said the insider. "They didn't know that I was eagle eye on them during that moment. But love apparently still burns with them."

The couple is known to be very open about their feelings for each other as they have been photographed kissing or cuddling while out and about on more than one occasion. And it appears that the two were also affectionate with each other at the Golden Globes red carpet as pictures posted on the Daily Mail show the two playfully posing for a picture, and one shot shows the 37-year-old resting his chin on his wife's shoulder.

The two started dating in August 2014 and were married in an outdoor ceremony in April 2015.
