'Devious Maids' season 4 updates: Cast elated over announcement of upcoming premiere date

It seems like the cast of "Devious Maids" are as thrilled as their fans when Lifetime announced the premiere date of season 4.

On Instagram, actress Dania Ramirez expressed her excitement through a short clip when she found out from the network that season 4 will begin on June 6.

At the end of season 3, Rosie discovered that Spence's (Grant Show) apartment ransacked and her husband was being treated in the hospital because of amnesia. But as Rosie attempts to help him remember everything but his ex-wife Peri (Mariana Klaveno) suddenly appeared and introduced herself as his wife and told him that Rosie was their maid. Will Spence finally learn the truth in season 4?

New cast member Sol Rodriguez also announced her excitement for "Devious Maids" season 4. She will portray the role of the young, fun, and sexy new maid named Daniela "Dani" Mercado who reportedly loves to stir the pot. She also reportedly dreams of being a star in Beverly Hills, and is constantly tempted to live a luxurious life in the city.

"Desperate Housewives" stars Eva Longoria and James Denton will also reunite in "Devious Maids" season 4. Longoria, who also happens to be one of the executive producers of the show, will appear as herself in the season premiere. On the other hand, Denton will portray the role of Peter, a handsome movie studio executive who reportedly "falls hard and fast into a new relationship" according to the character description.

Other cast members of the show include Ana Ortiz as Marisol Suarez, Roselyn Sanchez as Carmen Luna, Judy Reyes as Zoila Diaz, Rebecca Wisocky as Evelyn Powell, Susan Lucci as Genevieve Delatour, Rebecca Wisocky as Evelyn Powell, and Tom Irwin as Adrian Powell. Scott Takeda also landed a guest role as Dr. Brooks for the upcoming season.
