Players of Bungie's "Destiny" are looking forward to seeing a weapon in the merchandise stash to be brought by Xur, Agent of the Nine, during the Jan. 29 to 31 weekend.

Last week, the travelling merchant brought with him several exotic items when he visited the Tower. Part of the merchandise list includes the leg armor MK 44 Stand Asides, the Hunter Gauntlets called the Sealed Ahamkara Grasp, the Warlock Helmet known as The Ram, a Chest Armor Engram referred to as the Exotic Engram, and the Gauntlets Engram known as the Legacy Engram.

But more interesting exotic items are expected to be included in the next merchandise offerings of the Agent of the Nine when he drops by the Tower on Friday, 9 a.m. in the UK, 1 a.m. PST, or 4 a.m. EST.

Players of the bestselling first-person shooting game are hoping to see at least one heavy weapon, such as the Dragon's Breath, the Gjallarhorn, Truth, or the Thunderlord.

But if a heavy weapon will not be possible, players would also like to see a special weapon in Xur's merchandise bag, such as the Plan C, Ice Breaker, Patience and Time. They could also get some of the primary weapons like the Hard Light, MIDA Multi-Tool, No Land Beyond EXP1 the Red Death, the SUROS Regime, The Last Word, or the Universal Remote.

Xur, Agent of the Nine, might also bring with him several consumables that gamers can purchase for better gaming experience. They include the Three of Coins, which is meant to improve the exotic drop chance that players can use for their Ultra enemies. Five packs of Three of Coins can be purchased with only 7 Strange Coins.

The other consumable product is known as the Glass Needles, which can be used to change the properties of their exotic gears.
