There has been a lot of news about "Castle's" return as there has been initial confusion about the show's midseason premiere date. But it has been confirmed that the ABC series will return next month with an episode called "Tone Death." And not only will the episode show Castle (Nathan Fillion) attempting to do his best as he tries to hit the right notes, but it looks like he and Beckett (Stana Katic) are truly back together.

Here is the synopsis for "Tone Death":

"When a body is found in the theater of Martha's latest show, Castle and Beckett's investigation leads them into the unexpectedly dangerous world of competitive acapella."

"High School Musical" alum Corbin Bleu will guest star in the episode, and according to Entertainment Weekly, the actor will be playing Hunter Washington, the leader of a rival acapella group.

In the first promo for the episode, Castle is seen attempting to beatbox as he jams with the acapella group. Meanwhile, the latest promo shows Castle and Beckett flirting with each other as they secretly have gotten back together while pretending to be broken up for LakSat's sake.

Co-showrunner Alexi Hawley told TVLine that the two have a lot of "lost time to make up for" so expect some sweet and intimate Caskett moments in the episode. Aside from tackling the acapella case, the two will also enter a courtroom for the first time in the series and Hawley told the website that viewers will see a trial based on a case. Castle will be testifying in court, and this will take viewers on a trip down memory lane.

"I think it will be a treat for our longtime fans," said co-showrunner Terence Paul Winter, "because it refers to several things that have happened in the last few years."

"Castle" returns on Feb. 8 on ABC.
