After four decades spent filling the Royal Albert Hall with classical worship that makes the heart sing, the work of All Souls Orchestra has impacted countless lives. On an April evening earlier this year old friends and new gathered in the historic venue to celebrate the event’s unique history.

The power of that event is now available on CD and DVD, featuring special guests Keith and Kristyn Getty, Graham Kendrick, conductor Noel Tredinnick and singer Jonathan Viera. But beyond the names and the songs - from In Christ Alone to All I Once Held Dear, Creation Sings The Father’s Song to Jesus The Name High Over All, along with a little Handel, Beethoven and Elgar - there is the tangible sense of the presence of God at work through the music made by an orchestra over 100-strong, a choir of 500 and a full-house determined to raise the roof in praise of God.

Highlights include pianist Grace Yeo’s recital of a movement from Beethoven's 'Emperor' Concerto, Richard Lennox unleashing the Royal Albert Hall organ and Keith and Kristyn Getty's intimate new song Still My Soul Be Still. Those and the party balloons being released as Graham Kendrick led the five thousand worshippers in 'The Feast is Ready'.
