'19 Kids and Counting' Duggar family update: Anna past due date, Jana to pursue college?

Despite being away from the television limelight, the Duggars are still making the news for different reasons. Recently, the family revealed via their official Facebook page that Josh's pregnant wife Anna is already past her due date to deliver her fourth child.

Anna was supposed to give birth to a baby girl on July 10, but the baby seems to be making her sweet time inside her mother's womb. The family shared Anna's pregnancy update by posting a photo of her with her sister-in-law Jessa Duggar-Seewald, who is also 23-weeks pregnant with her first child.

The Duggar parents posted the photo taken inside their Arkansas home, with the caption: "Well, sweet Anna is now past her due date! First time she has ever gone 'late' instead of early! Here she is with our Jessa. Be praying for these girls. Pretty soon we will get to kiss the sweet face of another Duggar grandbaby!!"

This will be Josh and Anna's first child whose birth will not be featured in the TLC reality show, since the birth of the couple's three older children Mackynzie, 5, Michael, 4, and Marcus, 2 were covered in the past episodes of "19 Kids and Counting."

TLC is still mum about their decision regarding the show's future. The clamor to pull it off the air became rampant, with most of the show's major sponsors deciding to cut ties with them, when the child molestation case that Josh was involved in when he was a teenager surfaced last May.

Meanwhile, new rumors claim that Jana Duggar wants to move out of their family compound to start a new life on her own and get a higher degree. The second Duggar child and the eldest girl in the family is often given the task of taking care of her younger siblings. Two of her younger sisters, Jill and Jessa, already left the Duggar home after they got married to raise their own families, but Jana reportedly has no immediate plans to tie the knot.

OK! Magazine recently revealed that the 25-year-old reality TV star wants to attend college and get a bachelor's degree in a music program, and she is already talking to their father about it. Jana allegedly wants to follow her 20-year-old brother Joseph's footsteps as the first Duggar sibling to leave their home for college.

But it seems like their father Jim Bob would like her to stay in their house and talked her out of going to college. According to reports, Jana might eventually give in to her family's demands and stay with them until she gets married.

However, John-David's twin sister has yet to verify OK's report.
