Fresh from the success of its latest flagship release, Xiaomi is following it up with another launch, this time with the rumored Redmi 4.

According to Fone Arena, a supposed teaser image was leaked on China-based social media site Weibo. In the teaser, it is showcased that Xiaomi will launch the successor to its entry-level lineup, Redmi 3, on Nov. 4. While it is unclear if the teaser is an official one, a Nov. 4 launch dovetails with previous rumors on the release of the Redmi 4. Previously, supposed live images of an unnamed Xiaomi handset made their way online, with the design and form factor closely similar to the Redmi lineup. This started speculations that the build is that of the Redmi 4.

In addition, the Redmi 4 has been rumored to come out late in 2016 for some time now. Earlier this year, speculations even suggested that the new handset will be a co-release with another Xiaomi device. However, while the China-based tech maker did release multiple products recently, it only showcased the flagship Mi Note 2, as well as the concept phone Mi MIX. Prior to that, a single-release event was held for the Redmi Note 4 last August.

Meanwhile, although Xiaomi has yet to come out with confirmed details on the Redmi 4, the supposed specs and features for the device were already leaked. Based on the list, the Redmi 4 will sport an all-metal body and at least 4,000 mAh battery. The rest of the specs include a 5.0-inch display with full HD resolution, an octa-core Snapdragon 625 chipset, and at least 3 GB of RAM. There is supposed to be 32 GB of native storage, which can be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD support. The alleged leaks also point out that the upcoming iteration will feature a 13 MP main camera and a 5-MP selfie snapper.
