Xbox Live Games with Gold for July 2014: 4 Games with Gold free titles

Wondering what these Xbox Games with Gold are? Microsoft has a service called "Xbox Games with Gold" and it is only available to Xbox Live Gold members. The members get a bunch of free games every month and these games are called "Games with Gold."

What makes the special service unique is that the free games change every month, which gives Xbox users more motivation to subscribe to the membership. For the month of July, there are four Games with Gold available.

The first is "Max: The Curse of Brotherhood." It is a classic action-adventure game that is filled with puzzles. Max is a kid who has to go on a quest to save his brother who was kidnapped and brought to a hostile world. Max has to be courageous and fight off enemies in order to save his brother. Max has a marker that he uses to manipulate the environment. He will continue to unleash the power potential in his marker and defeat the evil kidnapper.

The second is "Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition," which features Juan Aguacate who will set out on a quest to save the El Presidente's daughter from the villain Carlos Calaca. Carlos Calara plans to sacrifice the daughter in the living and dead worlds. The game will feature expanded abilities, enhanced graphics and additional levels for players to enjoy.

The third is "Gotham City Impostors," a multi-player game. It is a shooting game that can accommodate 6 vs 6 players. Players can customize their own Jokers or Batmans. There's tons of customization features available. Further, the game is about villains and vigilantes and take part in a rebellion against conformity.

The last is "Halo: Spartan Assault," which is a first-person shooter game set on the timeline between Halo 3 and 4, according to Breathecast. There are 30 missions where players progress through. They can pick vehicles, weapons and armor abilities. Moreover, "Halo: Spartan Assault" has co-op and multi-player modes.
