More World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Superstars are now confirmed to be part of the growing "WWE 2K16" roster.

In the first edition of IGN's weekly batch of character confirmations for "WWE 2K16," a dozen of new names have been revealed.

Arguably, the most prominent addition for this week is Triple H. The former multiple-time WWE and World Heavyweight Champion is one of the most famous stars of the Attitude Era and he still makes semi-regular appearances on WWE television today.

Another big name confirmed for "WWE 2K16" is former World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and World Heavyweight Champion Booker T. The charismatic Booker T was a staple of 90s era professional wrestling. Even though Booker T is no longer actively wrestling, he remains with the WWE as a ringside commentator.

The WWE Superstar Kane has also been confirmed as a part of the "WWE 2K16" roster. Kane first popped up on television as the onscreen brother of another well-known WWE Superstar, The Undertaker. Kane is still currently performing as a professional wrestler in the WWE.

The other nine Superstars and Divas confirmed for "WWE 2K16" include Colonel Mustafa, General Adnan, Lord Steven Regal, Emma, Eva Marie, Summer Rae, Tamina as well as Kalisto and Sin Cara, who make up the current WWE tag team, the Lucha Dragons.

Other WWE Superstars who have already been confirmed for the game include Bad News Barrett, Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose, Finn Balor, Paige, Seth Rollins, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. With the addition of the new names, "WWE 2K16" now has 19 confirmed characters.

Lilian Garcia, the WWE's ringside announcer, has also said she will be part of "WWE 2K16," according to Bleacher Report.

"WWE 2K16" will reportedly feature more than 120 different playable characters when it is released, meaning there will be a lot more revelations to be made over the coming weeks.

"WWE 2K16" will be released on Oct. 27.
