TOWIE news, gossip: James Locke handed written relationship contract by girlfriend Danielle Armstrong after cheating

It's not been the smoothest of years for TOWIE's James 'Lockie' Lock but perhaps the mercies he's been shown in recent weeks will prompt the 27-year-old to change his ways for good.

His girlfriend on the show, Danielle Armstrong, is probably hoping so after deciding to take him back in spite of his cheating.

But she's making it clear to Lock that she's not taking him back lightly by handing him a written relationship contract with a number of conditions, The Mirror reports.

These include a blanket ban on throwing or going to hotel room parties and not following certain girls on Twitter.  Danielle's also clamping down on his social life by limiting him to one night out a week with the lads.

Lock was handed another second chance earlier in the month when producers lifted a four-month suspension on him following his arrest in February over possession of horse tranquiliser ketamine.

He pleaded guilty to possessing the Class C drug and was lucky enough to escape a three month stint in prison because judges recognised his good behaviour and that he had no previous convictions.  Instead the courts gave him a conditional discharge and ordered him to pay costs of £85.

An unnamed source told The Mirror the show's producers decided to take him back because "he showed great remorse for his actions".

"He really did not take it lightly, and accepted his suspension, understanding it was a direct consequence of his behaviour," the source said.
