More brooms and cauldrons could be the latest addition to "The Originals" as two witches will reportedly join the series' second season.

One of the witches is "The Wire's" Detective Shakima Greggs played by Sonja Sohn. Sonja will play the role of Lenore who is a powerful salt-of-the-earth kind of witch who will allegedly be making a name for herself as Klaus' new enemy next season.

Another witch who will join the cast is Kaleb to be played Daniel Sharman from "Teen Wolf". He is a good-looking, charming witch from the French Quarter's coven who is intent on causing trouble as much as possible.

Meanwhile, another thing that fans should watch out for next season is Hayley who lost her sense of self after she transformed into a hybrid on the last episode of the previous season. Avid viewers saw that Hayley transformed into a hybrid after the attempt to kill her. Luckily, she survived through her baby's blood which brought her back to life. However, Hayley lost the baby.

Actress Phoebe Tonkin told E! Online that the circumstance will have a great impact to her character in "The Originals". Her character will grow personally in the next episodes. Tonkin also warned fans of Hayley and the show that her character will be in a dark place when the series comes back. Of course, she lost the baby. However, she confirmed that although the baby died, she and Klaus will talk about the hybrid child in the first three episodes of the second season of the show.

The actress also said that Elijah will play an immense role in Hayley's life. A poster spotted for the second season of the hit TV series hinted that Elijah will try to save Hayley from "a path of self-destruction."

"The Originals" will be back on air this fall.
