In the next episode of "The Mayor," Courtney Rose (Brandon Michael Hall) hosts the first annual Halloween party at City Hall.

The promotional pictures for the upcoming installment titled "City Hall-oween" were just released recently and showed Courtney and the rest of his friends and family in Halloween costumes at the party in City Hall. This is the community's first annual "spook-tacular" celebration. It is clear that everyone is having fun as Courtney is dressed like a mobile phone, T.K. Clifton (Marcel Spears) dons a hashtag sign, and Jermaine Leforge (Bernard David Jones) is dressed like a fidget-spinner. Courtney's mom Dina (Yvette Nicole Brown) takes on the mantle of popular politician, Maxine Spears.

In the meantime, Clifton and Leforge try to play a prank on Valentina Barella (Lea Michele) in this time of holiday mischief. However, Barella does not fall for their tricks but plays a prank on them instead. Apparently, they lift up boxes from a table and find realistic severed heads under them. They both scream in horror as shown in the pictures. It remains to be seen how the night will play out at the Halloween party.

In the last episode, the mayor encountered a dilemma where the City Hall wanted to eliminate the music program in order to save money. Courtney refused to let the schools function without a music program so he devised a way where they would get it.

Courtney gathered a group of young kids and let them play some songs with their instruments in front of the council's men and women. The performance was streamed on the internet which immediately went viral. It was because of viewers' outpouring of support that the council decided to add the music program to the budget.

"The Mayor" season 1 episode 4 will air on Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 9:30 p.m. EDT on ABC.
