In the next back-to-back episodes of "The Librarians," the team find themselves in a town where everyone seems to have gotten old.

The trailer for the upcoming installments, which are titled "and the Bleeding Crown" and "and the Grave of Time," were recently released, and they show Eve Baird (Rebecca Romijn) and the rest of the gang in a town where the people seem to have aged all of a sudden.

"How is that even possible?" Baird asks the whole team. They notice that the kids in the school bus have gotten old as their clothes do not fit them anymore. The cops also appear confused as they have aged as well. "This is weird, even for us," Jake Stone (Christian Kane) says to the squad. They try to backtrack and see if they can find any clues.

Later, Cassandra Cillian (Lindy Booth) manages to find a clue as they appear to be chased by some sort of threat. The pages of a book suddenly materialize, which appears to be the clue. However, Baird realizes that it may have been a trap. A group of monsters appear out of nowhere and start to approach them.

Luckily, they are able to escape by using some kind of power that transports them somewhere else. They reappear in the town where they suddenly seem to have gotten old themselves. It remains to be seen if they will be able to solve their dilemma.

In the last episode, Baird and Flynn Carsen (Noah Wyle) got trapped in an old movie which they had to complete the story in order to get out of it. In the end, they managed to escape with the help of the team and a magic typewriter.

"The Librarians" season 4 episodes 5 & 6 will hit the airwaves on Wednesday, Dec. 27, at 8 p.m. EST on the TNT network.
