'The Bold and the Beautiful': Maya tells Rick about Caroline's affair, Deacon must make a choice

In "The Bold and the Beautiful" this week, two people will make very important decisions that would affect their lives.  Eric Forrester and Deacon have to make choices, and no matter their decision, someone is bound to get hurt.

Here's what's going to happen on "B&B" from Oct. 20 to 24:

Forrester Creations

Last week, Forrester Creations found itself without a CEO. Eric Forrester decided to step down, and the company is now looking for a new CEO to take his place. The two Forresters who are competing for the position are Rick and Ridge. Not to mention, both are also competing for Caroline Forrester's heart.

Rick and Ridge want to gain control of the family business. Both have fantasized about how it would be if they become CEO. Rick dreams of running Forrester Creations with Caroline, just like Eric and Stephanie did. Rick wants it so bad that even when Maya tells him about Caroline and Ridge's affair, he doesn't seem to mind at all. Rick has his eye on the prize.

However, Ridge is not going down without a good fight. He also dreams of becoming CEO and his fiancé Katie tells Donna that Ridge has already formulated a detailed plan on how to be the leader of the family business.

Who will Eric choose? According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Eric will announce the new CEO on Oct. 24.

Deacon's decision

Amidst the Forrester Creation CEO drama, Hope and Wyatt have to deal with their never-ending drama of a life as well. This week, the newlyweds learn that their parents, Deacon and Quinn, are hooking up, and they don't like it all.

Hope hates the thought of it so much that she asks her father to choose between his daughter and his new lover. How will Deacon respond to this ultimatum from Hope? Clearly, Hope doesn't want to have anything to do with Quinn at all.
