'The Avengers 2' movie plot: Who dies and who will survive in 'Age of Ultron?'

Just last week, Marvel Studios released the first trailer of "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and it was grippingly intense. The trailer was dark and it set the perfect tone for the ominous Ultron that will give The Avengers a very good beating. In fact, some may not be able to handle that beating and say goodbye to the movie world once and for all.

According to Screen Rant, Joss Whedon commented that there will be an Avenger who will die in "Avengers: Age of Ultron." Whedon said that it will be about "death, death and death." Who dies and who survives? Here's what Movie Pilot has to say:

First up is Iron Man, who is highly likely to survive in the movie simply because Robert Downey Jr. has confirmed to be part of "Captain America: Civil War." That makes his survival chances very high.

Next is Captain America, who also has a very high survival chance like Iron Man. Just like Downey, Chris Evans has confirmed to be part of the third "Captain America" movie.

Third is Thor and his chances of survival is 10/10. Chris Hemsworth will once again play the thunder god in "Thor: Ragnarok" so it means that he will definitely be alive after "Age of Ultron."

What about The Hulk? Although there is really no hint as to a solo Hulk movie in the future, it looks Mark Ruffalo's character will survive.

Kevin Feige said, "I wouldn't say Hulk is absent from the timeline. I would say Hulk is going to appear in many of those movies, particularly all those Avengers movies leading up to 2019 in Infinity War."

As for the Black Widow, Feige said, "The plan that we have for her throughout the rest of the Avengers saga is very, very big, and linchpin, in fact, to those films."

This means that Scarlett Johansson is safe, too.

Now, who might die in "Age of Ultron?" First is Nick Fury. Movie Pilot said that it could be because he already "died" before and his death can be a precursor to the Civil War story. Next is Hawkeye who might die as a sacrifice. Last is The Vision, who is believed to be the one to defeat Ultron. This can be a sacrificial death, too.

So, Marvel fans should now ponder on who will live or die in "Avengers: Age of Ultron."
